What is breathwork?
Through the breath we make the unconscious, conscious.
Breathwork is a technique and practice that is used for mental, emotional and physical clearing. There are many different styles of Breathwork, similar to different styles of yoga. Since there are many different types, you can experience different benefits from each practice.
The style of breathwork you will experience when working with me is Conscious- Connected Breathwork, also called Circular Breathwork. This is a 3 breath cadence of inhale- inhale & exhale. This slows down your “thinking brain” and allows you to drop into your subconscious mind that stores your limited beliefs, patterns, and memories.
By granting yourself the space to pause, you embark on a journey to release anxiety, create room for fresh energy, and connect with the authentic version of yourself that you've been seeking.
